There is a cloakroom and a large kitchen with breakfast bar, two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. A wide opening provides easy access to the dining room with long wooden table for more formal dining and doors that lead to the terraced pool area. Adjacent to the dining room is the lounge with comfortable cream sofas, fireplace, TV, DVD player and decorative panels of coloured brick glass. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden area.

The pool is rectangular in shape with roman egress at the shallow end. There is a built-in BBQ and well-maintained gardens with a large area of lawn. A wide variety of Mediterranean plants and shrubs surround the house.

A curved stairway leads to the first floor with separate shower room and two more bedrooms each with access to a roof terrace. They have twin beds and one of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and the house has central heating for the cooler months.

"The villa was lovely with a very high standard of accommodation generally. The pool was particularly nice with lots of room around it. I would be interested in renting this villa again ... I cannot really think of anything negative to say ... Your offer of leaving our bags in another villa while we waited for our late flight back was very much appreciated."
