include maid service. Each has spacious accommodation including
separate kitchen, bathroom, (2 bathrooms in 2/3 bedrooms)
and living area.
The 'A Veranda' restaurant offers a mouth watering selection
of local delicacies. Alternatively a takeaway service
is available or the local supermarket is a few minutes
away. Additional rounds of golf can be arranged at discounted prices,

The resort of Balaia
Balaia is situated in the heart of the Algarve less than
30 minutes drive from Faro International Airport, 10 minutes
from the bustling market town of Albufeira, a 10 minute
drive from the sophisticated resort of Vilamoura and the
Marina.
It lies within 20 minutes of some of the finest golf courses
in Europe including Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago, Vale
do Lobo, San Lorenzo and Sheraton Pine Cliffs.
A few minutes stroll away is a lovely stretch of safe sandy
beaches where you can hire sun beds and shades or wind
surfers and avail yourself of the showers at the end of
a long relaxing day in the sun.
Local Weather
The Algarve boasts over 300 days of sun per annum and even on the
hottest day a gentle sea breeze can make the temperatures
bearable. The temperate climate means that the warm sun
