Luxury Apartments
The Old Village is a charming and peaceful retreat,
located alongside the lush fairways of Pinhal golf course
in the heart of Vilamoura. The houses and apartments are
all privately owned and a wonderful mix of classic Regency
façade and Andalusian town houses, painted in warm pastel
colours. The gardens and walkways are beautifully kept.
There are a variety of different size and designed accommodation
to suit everyone. Parties of 2 to 8 can occupy 1 to 4 bedroom
properties. Some of the houses and apartments are on 3 floors
and have a roof terrace with sun loungers and views across
the golf course. Others have living accommodation and a
garden at ground level, with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
All the properties are attractively and individually furnished
and have a fitted kitchen and every convenience. The properties
are of a high standard, spacious and we think excellent
value for money.
There are 2 large swimming pools, welcoming restaurants,
cafes and bars and a supermarket on site. There are 14 tennis
courts within walking distance and 5 golf courses all nearby.
Vilamoura centre, Marina and beach are a 5 minute drive,
and for the more adventurous a 1km walk away, where you
will find a wide choice of entertainment restaurants, shops
and bars. On arrival guests will be personally greeted and
shown to their house or apartment by the helpful reception
staff who will be happy to assist with anything they may
need during their stay.
The Old Village is an oasis of calm within easy reach
of Vilamoura's vibrant Marina and its safe, sandy beaches.
Local Weather
The Algarve boasts over 300 days of sun per annum and even on the
hottest day a gentle sea breeze can make the temperatures
bearable. The temperate climate means that the warm sun
can be enjoyed throughout the winter, ideal for an early
or late break.

All accommodation has a maximum permitted occupancy (Max) although a cot can be provided
for a nominal charge if requested in advance.
