has a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (wc, bath, bidet and wash basin).
There is a separate dressing room and a conservatory style room with an open air terrace,
the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with a lovely view.
At one end of the corridor on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with twin beds
and a shower room. At the other end there is a cloakroom, and adjacent to this a spacious lounge
and dining area. The dining room has a formal table and seating for eight persons with windows
over-looking the pool. There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine
and microwave oven. The lounge area has satellite TV, an open fireplace plenty of comfortable
seating and doors leading to the pool terrace.
The swimming pool is kidney-shaped and measures 8m x 4m, surrounded by a paved sun terrace
with built in barbecue. Beyond this is a strip of lawn and various Mediterranean plants and trees adorn the garden.
